Schedule
Sun-Friday (Except Moon Days)
7:30am : Mysore Style/Self Practice
4-6pm : Afternoon (3-4 per week) Themed Workshops
This year we will be going deep into the crossroads of where modern science/breathwork meets ancient pranayama practice, as well as healing the nervous system with restorative practices. There will also be the usual suspects of handstands, backbends, and human movement exploration.

Prerequisites
An existing Mysore Style/Self Practice
(i.e. you must be comfortable and experienced in this kind of setting as the morning class will be mostly in silence except for occasional verbal instructions).
New Students : Please send me some details about your practice experience (who you have practiced with, when and where, for how long etc).
